Suppli ("we", "our", "us") operates the Suppli mobile application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name.
Supplement Data: We store information about supplements you add to the app, including names, brands, and ingredient details. This data is stored securely in Firebase Firestore and is associated with your account.
Usage Data: We collect anonymous analytics data including app usage patterns, feature interactions, and crash reports to improve the Service.
Device Information: We may collect device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for app functionality and analytics.
We use the collected data to:
- Provide and maintain the Service, including supplement interaction analysis
- Send you supplement intake reminders (with your permission)
- Improve and personalize the Service
- Process subscription payments (handled by Apple App Store / Google Play Store)
- Communicate with you about Service updates
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information.
We use the following third-party services:
- Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, analytics, and cloud functions
- RevenueCat: Subscription management (processes no personal health data)
- Google AdMob: Advertising for free-tier users (non-personalized ads only; no health data used for targeting)
- Apple App Store / Google Play Store: Payment processing
We do NOT sell your personal data or health information to any third party.
Suppli does NOT access Apple HealthKit, Google Health Connect, or any device health sensors. The supplement and ingredient data you enter is used solely within the app for interaction analysis. We do not share your supplement data with advertisers or data brokers.
Free tier users may see non-targeted advertisements via Google AdMob. We do NOT use your health or supplement data for ad targeting. We request only non-personalized ads. Premium subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience.
On iOS 14 and later, we request your permission before accessing the device advertising identifier (IDFA) through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. You may deny this request and still use the app fully; ads will remain non-personalized regardless of your choice.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the Profile settings in the app. Upon account deletion, all your personal data, supplement records, and analysis history will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Our Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, rectify, port, and erase your personal data, and to restrict or object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@suppli.app.
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to delete personal information, and to opt-out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
