By downloading, installing, or using Suppli ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
IMPORTANT: Suppli is NOT a medical device. The App does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. All information provided is for educational and informational purposes only. The supplement interaction data is based on publicly available scientific literature and may not be comprehensive or up-to-date. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement or medication regimen. Never disregard professional medical advice because of information from this App.
Suppli provides supplement interaction analysis tools, including conflict detection, overlap warnings, synergy identification, and intake scheduling suggestions. The App offers both free and premium subscription tiers.
Premium features require a paid subscription. Payment is processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's store settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their respective policies.
New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the subscription price. Each user is eligible for one free trial only.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not share your account with others.
You may delete your account at any time through the Profile settings in the App. Upon deletion, all personal data, supplement records, and analysis history will be permanently removed. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it separately through your device's store settings before deleting your account, as account deletion does not automatically cancel billing.
You agree not to: reverse engineer the App; use the App for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access other users' data; use automated means to access the service; redistribute or resell the App's data.
The App, including its interaction database, analysis algorithms, and user interface, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPPLI AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, HEALTH COMPLICATIONS, OR DEATH ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS APP. THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
While we strive for accuracy, the supplement interaction data may contain errors or omissions. We make no guarantees about the completeness or accuracy of the information. Data sources include publicly available scientific databases and peer-reviewed literature.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, South Korea.
